THE ALLIANCE OF
TAOS NEIGHBORHOODS (ATN)
Invites All Taosenos to An Open, Public Forum with Town Council Candidates
ADDRESSING OUR GRASSROOTS CONCERNS IN THE 2008 LOCAL ELECTION
San Geronimo Lodge
1101 Witt Road (2/3 mile south from the Anglada Building)
Thursday, February 7, 6:30 9:00 p.m.
Because the health of our diverse neighborhoods is so essential to the
quality of life in Taos, their residents deserve a louder voice in local
affairs. Our forum is a step in that direction. Through collaboration by
many grassroots groups, it offers a rare opportunity for average Taosenos to
present their daily concerns to the very people who will be making Town
policy over the next four years. To explore issues that really count for
them, the discussion, moderated by attorney Julia Armstrong, will focus on
questions presented by local residents.
Participating Groups Include
Trujillo Lane N.A. Vegas de Taos N.A. Ledoux
St Neighbors
San Geronimo Neighbors Foothills N.A Theodora
Area Neighbors
Rio Fernando, N.A. Ortiz Lane Neighbors Upper
Ranchitos N.A.
