[TRTR] TRTR changes meeting to 11/17

GREETINGS EVERYONE!

We (officers of TRTR) have changed the Annual Meeting to SATURDAY, NOVEMBER
17TH, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. (at the latest). This will be a Saturday
BREAKFAST MEETING. The food will be provided by current officers‹and ANY
OTHERS interested in bringing something.

This change has been made in an attempt to include those hard-working
individuals who have trouble coming to meetings during the week (especially
in the evening). At the meeting we will discuss the best times for those who
are actively involved to come to future meetings.

The agenda will include:
1. A review of TRTR's mission and a visioning process for what TRTR wants to
work on in the coming year.
2. Election of new leadership: Current officers have been actively leading
TRTR for nearly 1.5 years
and it is hoped that others will be willing to step up and lead TRTR in the
coming year.
3. Subcommittee Reports: Our three current subcommittees (Roads/Traffic,
Bikes, Public Transit/ADA) will briefly review what they are working on in
relation to transportation planning for our community.

TRTR continues to be an avenue for the community to participate in offering
input on the future of Taos. It is essential that more folks get involved in
the process. If you have been supporting TRTR on any level it is time to
come and check out how, in some small way, you can help make a difference in
what becomes of the Taos Community.

Please consider coming to our 9 a.m. breakfast meeting at Cultural Energy
Radio Station (on Blueberry Hill Rd) on November 17th. 

A big thank you to all those who have actively participated in TRTR over the
past year!! 

If you cannot attend this meeting, please email me your thoughts, and I will
share them with others at the meeting. Also, tell us which times would work
best for you to attend future meetings.
