[TRTR] Amendment to TRTR update

Due to technical difficulties the top sentence was included in my update but
not intended. Actually, that was at the top of the email agenda for the 2/27
meeting that was sent to me by the County Commissioners assistant on Monday.
Yes, people have been waiting for 30 years but I'm not sure why since there
is not and has never been a justification for building a bypass. Apparently,
there are many people misguided or misinformed about relief/bypass roads and
what occurs as a result of these type of roads built in a rural community.
Just one aspect of the situation which we will hope to address in the coming
months.
