someone who regularly uses drugs, esp pot. unlike the first definition, pronunced DREW-gee, this is pronunced DRUG-gee
those drugies are always hangin' in the alley

2. drugie 		
An idiot. Someone who smokes crack or pot all day long and gets high.
Ya know bills been taking crack all the time. He's a drugie.
