UTICA, New York -Republican Sarah Palin won the Vice Presidential debate in St. Louis on Thursday, and her ticket, headed by John McCain enjoys a eight-point lead over Democrats Barack Obama and Joe Biden, the newest CBS Interactive poll shows.
