[Anyone] Tom Myers and the Cheney Plan

The full page ad was in the NY Times (and until they invited William
Kristol as a weekly writer, a reputable newspaper) from the 7 January
edition, page A9.

This is where the URL took me this afternoon:
http://www.GuaranteedHealthcare.org/

with the philosophy that all Americans should have health care like the
members of Congress and the top two guys.

Not insurance, but real health care.
