exxon/mobil pays the rebate with an 11 billion dollar quarter in profits
this past quarter.

Greed seems to know no bounds or conscience.

We just close the tax loopholes for the greediest corporations and there's
more than enough to handle a rebate on a fuel efficient rebate. Remember,
rebates are not real money but just another tax scam for corporations.
The savings from the fuel efficiency is used for the car payment.
