[Anyone] Taos Parking

Well, I'm proud to say that I've parked numerous times 'on the lines' on the plaza, usually with my car 
running, but not always. So what?? Since when are you a deputy of the parking police, especially as 
you've long advocated ripping those damn meters off the plaza [I agree]? And just because some guy 
with a brush full of yellow paint thinks that unused alley shouldn't be partially blocked for a few 
minutes carries little weight with me or that truck driver (or many other drivers). It once was OK to park 
there - what's changed? Nothing. -- As for the other mid-meter parking pics, I like that while it's goofy  
it's another instance of at least casual disregard of - if not outright contempt for - the annoying 
ubiquitous metering in this town. I say, chill out and appreciate these non-PC expressions of the free 
and independent spirit of our fellow Taosenos.
