[Anyone] Six blocks and Ram 350:

Our town meter maid now has a Dodge Ram 350 humongo pick-up truck to
patrol the 6 block area of downtown that has parking meters:
The TCA parking lot (Gus promised no parking meters there);
Ila McAfee Drive (aka Civic Plaza Drive);
the parking lot behind Bent Street;
Bent Street;
the plaza;
East Kit Carson Rd;
Martyrs Ln. and the area between the old swimming pool and the old Town
Hall;
the lot in front of the Main Street Bakery.

Yesterday I watched the meter maid maneuver the behemoth through the plaza
and wondered how much of the "shopping tax" went to pay for the truck and
the labels on it and the meter maid.
