The Council and School Board will adjourn to go into executive
session to discuss the property acquisition of the Taos
Elementary School pursuant to NMSA 1978 10-15-1-H.8.
6. Possible action to be taken regarding the property
acquisition of the Taos Elementary School

7. Matter from Town Manager for Town Council Action
Authorization to submit an Application in the amount of
$439,942.15 to the Federal Aviation Administration and to submit
an application in the amount of $11,577.43 to the New Mexico
Department of Transportation, Aviation Division which will
provide funding to continue work on the original Environmental
Impact Statement at the Taos Regional Airport. Authorization
will also be needed to increase the Airport Construction Fund to
include the Town Match of $11,577.43.
