Bicycles don't belong on sidewalks.
Sidewalks are for pedestrians.
Bicycles are vehicles, and use the road, albeit at their own peril.
As an avid bicyclist myself, I'm always annoyed to see bicyclists
on sidewalks running the pedestrians into the gutters.
That sort of thing gives all bicyclists a bad name in the public eye.
