So you are saying that because I hate evil, torture, and all that has gone
wrong in America because of bush and his ilk, I hate America.
Let's understand something right now: I love America - always have.
I detest bush and his ilk for ruining America. It's a shame that your
money has blinded you to truth. The only thing that you have gotten from
this administration is money - and you have sold your soul for those 40
pieces of silver.
I abhor evil and torture and lying - and that is what bush et al
are all about.
Their hubris, and yours, have brought America to her knees and the lowest
point that this country has ever been.
Thank you for destroying what once was held in high esteem in the world -
this country and all that she once stood for.
Another cornerstone of America is being voted on very soon
- the cornerstone of habeas corpus. If we lose that, then America truly
has lost the war on terror and her enemies have won.
The bills are S.3901, The Military Commissions Act of 2006,
sponsored by Senator Warner and S.3861, The Bringing Terrorists to
Justice Act of 2006, sponsored by Senator Frist.
Anyone in U.S. custody, at home or abroad, must have the right to
challenge their detention in court. Nothing is more fundamental to our
democracy than this right. Call Peter Dominici (NM) (202) 224-6621
(critical), Ask Jeff Bingaman (202) 224-5521 to filibuster!!!
Also included in these bills is retroactive immunity for torture and war
crimes by Bush & Co. dating back to 9-11-01. And legalization for
certain kinds of torture in the name of fighting terrorism.
Now, as you are pro-torture and pro-evil we have nothing left to say to
each other.
