This time you are right, mikeintaos. This is not gypping some yahoo off
for a few bucks.. This is Halliburton cubed - ripping people off with
torture: water boarding, ripping out finger nails and toe nails, sleep
deprivation, and this:
"any act by which severe pain or suffering, whether physical or mental, is
intentionally inflicted on a person for such purposes as obtaining from
him or a third person information or a confession, punishing him for an
act he or a third person has committed or is suspected of having
committed, or intimidating or coercing him or a third person, or for any
reason based on discrimination of any kind, when such pain or suffering is
inflicted by or at the instigation of or with the consent or acquiesance
of a public official or other person acting in an official
capacity".(Article 1)"
This is what you support, along with Domenici, now a supporter of torture,
and others in your bush regime.
This is not what this country represents or is, until the bushies came
along and destroyed the Constitution and EVERYTHING THAT OUR SOLDIERS
FOUGHT FOR IN THE CIVIL WAR, WW 1 and WW II AND KOREA AND VIET NAM _ SAVE
FOR A FEW -
ONE OF WHOM IS ON THIS LIST AND ALSO WANTS TO DESTROY THIS ONCE GREAT
NATION!
Most of those bushies who are working to destroy America NEVER SERVED IN
THE MILITARY. And now they are destroying this country.
So, mikeintaos, are you FOR America or for the bushies? You can't be
both. You either support bush and terrorism and torture or you support
America, the Constitution and the values that America stands.
The time is now to make that decision. Just haranguing about Clinton and
the Democrats and what you might think of as wrongs committed by previous
Presidents and administrations no longer is valid as discussion topics.
The subject is torture and whether or not America is going to remove
itself from the world community as a nation of humane laws, or become the
leading torturer on the planet. Some 14,000 detainees have been
transported to Gitmo as they were discovered - these were CIA prisoners
being held in foreign prisons and who knows what amount of torment these
people have gone through since their capture.
We are losing the rule of law - even our own rule of law because of the
bushies. We are no longer operating under habeas corpus, but simply
holding people for years without charges without lawyers, and without
access to their families. In Viet Nam those were known as prison camps.
Same as in Korea, WW II, WW I and the Civil War. The bushies want to
eliminate humane laws so they can torture people for no other reason than
torturing them.
The bsuhies do not understand that the more that they torture and suspend
the rule of law and threaten outher countries with attack "We will bomb
you into the stone age" the more that people will rise up against America.
So, Mr mikeintaios bushie, you people have already lost the war on terror,
and even if you attack another country before the elections, or suspend
the elections and declare martial law, or have oil prices drop to "cheap".
you people have already lost.
So, once again, mikeintaos, are you for America and the Constitution and
the rule of law or are you for for bush and torture and totalitarianism?
