WASHINGTON  U.S. Senator Pete Domenici this week launched an electronic
newsletter to constituents in New Mexicothe first of its kind to offer a
mini-site.

The Domenici Report will be offered monthly to New Mexicans, who
specifically subscribe for it on Domenicis website. The electronic
newsletter, delivered directly to those who subscribe, includes
information related to New Mexico and the federal government. It also
includes podcasts and video features.

I am excited about this new communication with my constituents, Domenici
said. I hope it provides them with one more venue for being informed about
the issues of the day. I hope this electronic newsletter will be
successful.

The first issue, for example, includes information about the disaster
declaration process used by the Federal Emergency Management Agency to
help New Mexico recover from disasters like flooding or severe drought
conditions. It also has discussions on the issue of net neutrality and how
to gain constituent assistance in dealing with federal agencies.

Subscribers are also offered an opportunity to offer questions to the
monthly podcast for the Senator.
