|
The Council of Neighborhood Associations (CNA) is an informal council made up of representatives from about 35 Taos County neighborhoods. It serves as a grass-roots forum to exchange information and discuss issues of concern to neighborhoods. The main concept is that due to geographic separation, limitations in public information sources, and other factors, people may not know what is going on in other parts of the county. The monthly meetings of the CNA and this mailing list offer a way for neighborhood representatives, community service organizations, and other interested parties to exchange information. The neighborhood representatives then take this information back to their own associations for dissemination into the community.
